Daniel Cattolico
Dan is the passionate owner and director of both @trussedcarpentry and @levlihomes, he is a DBU registered builder and fully qualified carpenter.
industry experience
Dan has over 17 years of hands-on experience within the residential construction industry and has been running a successful carpentry business since 2014.
Over the course of Dan's career, he has worked on and managed a significant range of projects from large multi-unit development sites to small-scale renovations where he has encountered a variety of building practices. Witnessing numerous instances of subpar workmanship from other builders is what fuelled his determination to make an even greater difference in the industry, obtain his builders licence, and start Levli Homes.

Building is Dan's passion, he is highly motivated by a desire to elevate the standards of home building and his extensive experience as a leading carpenter within the industry means that he understands the intricacies of construction from the ground up.
Dan takes a lot of pride in being a hands-on builder and is always directly involved throughout every stage of the process. He understands that building a new home and/or renovating can be one of the most significant investments that someone can make, so he takes that responsibility very seriously and works tirelessly to ensure all his clients have a great experience and that he exceeds expectations. He is an all-around great guy, with a big heart who truly cares for his team, his clients, and his trades.
